There were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. there was an issue with noise from heavy furniture being moved early in the morning.

had a great weekend stay in la fortuna! sleeping mountain arenal went above and beyond my expectations. marvin and maria were the best hosts and made sure i felt safe and had a pleasant stay. daily room cleanings, free coffee and bananas, and convenient location near the main plaza.
